25. Trademarks
Local City Fun, the newspaper mastheads and other newspaper trademarks and design marks, broadcasting service-related trademarks and design marks, service names and associated designs are trademarks and registered trademarks of Local City Fun and/or affiliates or related companies (collectively, the "Local City Fun Trademarks").
All other product, brand and company names and logos used or mentioned on the Local City Fun website or any of the Services may be the trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners.
Any use of any trademarks appearing on the Local City Fun website or any of the Services without the express written consent of the owner of the trademark is strictly prohibited.
