3. Privacy Statement
Registration Data and certain other personal information about you is subject to our Privacy Statement. You agree that Local City Fun has the right, but not the obligation, to monitor the Local City Fun website and the Services electronically from time to time and to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation or other governmental request, to operate a Local City Fun website or any of the Services properly, or to protect itself or its users in accordance with the Privacy Statement and applicable privacy legislation.
You acknowledge that in the event that a third party service provider is located in the United States or another foreign country, your personal information may be processed and stored in the United States or such other foreign country, and the governments, courts or law enforcement or regulatory agencies of that country may be able to obtain disclosure of your personal information through the laws of the foreign country. Whenever we engage a third party service provider to do work for us, we confirm that its privacy and security standards meet our requirements. You acknowledge and agree that this paragraph constitutes prior written notice to you of, and your consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information as described above.
In addition to the ways in which personal information is collected, used and disclosed as described in the Privacy Statement, Local City Fun collects, uses and discloses personal information specifically in connection with advertisers. Local City Fun and/or its service providers collect certain information regarding calls that you make to advertisers, including, without limitation, the date and length of your call and your phone number if it is publicly listed (collectively, "Call Information"). Local City Fun collects Call Information primarily to: (a) monitor usage of the directory; (b) track services provided to and bill advertisers; and (c) improve and/or enhance our directories and/or related services. Local City Fun may disclose the Call Information as follows: (a) to advertisers to report on usage of directory and services provided to advertisers and bill for such services; and (b) to enable us to more efficiently operate our business, Local City Fun may share Call Information with selected third parties who are acting on our behalf as our agents, suppliers or service providers.
Upon disclosure of Call Information to advertisers, Local City Fun cannot control how such Call Information will be collected, used and/or disclosed. Further, use of Call Information by advertisers is governed by the applicable advertisers' privacy policies and practices rather than the Privacy Statement. Therefore, Local City Fun accepts no liability or responsibility in respect of any advertiser's use of Call Information.
